Terms & Conditions


Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before booking a place at any Cubz Clubs after-school club. By completing a booking, you agree to these terms.

Payments

Full payment is required before your child's first session. Places are only confirmed upon receipt of payment in full. We do not accept payment on the day.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for missed sessions. In the event that a session is cancelled by the Cubz Clubs instructor, we will first offer an alternative place at a rescheduled or equivalent session. If an alternative cannot be arranged, a refund for that session only will be issued. No other refunds will be given.

Behaviour Policy

Cubz Clubs is committed to providing a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all children. Bullying, aggressive behaviour, or persistent disruption will not be tolerated.

  • A first warning will be issued for unacceptable behaviour.
  • A second warning will result in the child being removed from the club without refund.

We reserve the right to remove any child from the club if their behaviour poses a risk to themselves, other children, or staff.

Medical Information

All relevant medical information (including allergies, conditions, and any medication requirements) must be provided in full before your child's first session. Cubz Clubs cannot accept responsibility for any issues arising from undisclosed medical information.

Photo Consent

A completed photo consent form is required before your child attends their first session. This covers the use of photographs taken during club activities for promotional purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us directly.
